For $369.99, the new kit includes Active Jet Sports’ Premium Sea-Doo titanium retainers, along with Supertech springs for the Sea-Doo Rotax 4-Tec 1503 (215/255/260 models) and ACE 1630 (230/300 models).
The combination of the higher pressure Supertech springs with the lighter AJS titanium retainers enable safe engine operation at much higher RPMs, resulting in a significant competitive advantage for performance racing engines.
The AJS premium valve retainers, $169.99 when purchased separately, are custom designed and extra strong. Designed for ultra-high RPM applications, the premium Sea-Doo titanium retainers contain 35% more titanium for added strength and durability.
Renowned for their durability and reliability, Supertech valve springs are computer designed to ensure that wire stress levels do not overpass the limits of stress defined in the diagrams of fatigue. Supertech also utilizes computer software ensuring that the harmonics are under control. All Supertech valve springs are made with premium super clean Chrome Silicon Vanadium Steel alloy for higher performance & durability at high RPMs. Using high quality steel alloy also provides the added benefit of better structural memory.
The kit includes 12 titanium retainers and 12 springs.

The AJS precision bronze valve guides replace worn valve guides that leave an increasing gap between valve steam and the inner guide surface, allowing movement of the valve stem that will, in turn, cause incorrect valve seat sealing – resulting in loss of compression and overall power and efficiency. The set includes all 12 guides to replace intake and exhaust side.
The high heat-resistant Viton valve stem seals will keep oil from making it’s way down the valve stems, reducing oil consumption. The set includes 12 seals.
