FuelTech has released Vision Software 2.24, bringing a redesigned Dashboard Gen 2 interface, new video telemetry tools, expanded customization options, improved data analysis capabilities, and numerous refinements for FT700 and FT700 Plus users.
Available now as a free download, the latest Vision update continues FuelTech’s ongoing development of its engine management software platform, adding new tools designed to make configuration, monitoring, and data analysis more intuitive.

While FuelTech’s engine management systems are used across a wide range of motorsports, the latest Vision software update will also be of interest to performance watercraft builders and tuners utilizing the company’s FT-series ECUs.
Dashboard Gen 2 Brings A Completely Redesigned Interface
The centerpiece of Vision Software 2.24 is the all-new Dashboard Gen 2, featuring a completely redesigned editor that gives users more flexibility when creating and customizing their displays.
The updated drag-and-drop interface allows users to build dashboards across desktop computers, FT700 displays, tablets, and phones, with tools for grouping gauges, copying and pasting layouts, and aligning components using built-in rulers and guides.
FuelTech says the new GPU-rendered dashboards provide smoother animations, faster loading times, and improved navigation, while expanded customization options allow users to create highly personalized displays using custom needles, vector gauges, animated backgrounds, gradients, camera inputs, and on-screen controls.
Users can also share dashboard layouts between devices through a single file format, making it easier to transfer custom displays and setups.
Video Overlay Adds New Data Review Capabilities
Another major addition in Vision 2.24 is Video Overlay, a new desktop tool designed to combine recorded track footage with ECU data and telemetry.
The feature allows users to overlay dashboard information, gauges, live charts, and other data directly onto videos, creating a more detailed way to review performance.
Vision 2.24 includes ready-to-use layouts for FT700 and FT700 Plus systems while also allowing users to create custom overlays. FuelTech says the tool supports modern video formats, including high-resolution recordings, while improving export speed and workflow.
Expanded Tools For Tuning And Data Analysis
Beyond the headline additions, Vision 2.24 also expands several tools used by advanced tuners.
Custom Functions receives additional capabilities, including new actions, expanded workspaces, improved editing tools, and password protection options designed to help users safeguard their custom logic and tuning strategies.
The Datalogger also receives updates with additional channels, user-created math channels, improved launch analysis tools, and improved recording functionality to help users collect and analyze more information from their vehicles.
FuelTech has also redesigned the Map Compare interface and added a quicker way to import maps directly from the software’s home screen.
Additional Improvements Across Vision 2.24
The latest update includes refinements throughout the Vision platform, including new alerts and notifications, improved display responsiveness, faster dashboard startup, and numerous stability improvements and fixes.
